Color Noise Reduction too heavy:default values customizable?
Hello,
I am experiencing some problems with the color noise reduction of C1 4.x
First, it appears that the default values are depending on the ISO: 51 for 800 ISO and 55 for 1600ISO.
Both are however to high and blur so much the picture that they get ugly.
Let's illustrate the "pb". The picture has been taken with my Canon 30D at 1600 ISO.
The pictures are set with the sRGB profile, and the jpg is directly generated from c1 (q90).
The first is with sharpen disabled and no NR at all:

the 2nd with the defaults value of NR (thus 55 for the color) but without sharpen:

the 3rd is still with default NR and also default sharpen:

Sharpen par défault, NR réduit à 45, puis à 15 (luminance tjs à 25):
the 4th with default sharpen and color NR reduced to 15

Only the last one is ok to me.
And for the complete record, I've also just uploaded the full resolution jpg of the picture with default sharpening and luminance noise reduction, and the color noise reduction varying from 15 to 55 in this zip archive.
EDIT: I've just seen I can set noise reduction profile and default setting, so I will use 20 instead of 35-55. Great!
Will it be even possible to auto set some values depending on the ISO (as it seems to be done internally), i.e. editing a kind of matrix?
