    OK, I finally got it to accept my activation code, and now it says it doesn't have my carea files (Canon 1D Mark 2), which it's had before. Also, when I attempt to process it has an error message with an output link issue. I have followed the case studies, and have not been able to fix.
    Also, how the heck to you create a case ??? All the screen allows me to do is read old case studies?
