Unable to Activate License

I have tried everything to activate my trial version of C1 Pro. This was downloaded and is a FREE upgrade from SE. The online activation will not allow me to use my product key from my original purchase which is what I am supposed to use.


I have been working on this for over an hour as I have another problem and need to get answers for that too!

  You have to upgrade your SE key to a Pro key which can be done for free here: http://www.phaseone.com/Content/EshopMenu/C1SE.aspx
