CO5 crash on startup /Win7
Hi,
I have a freshly installed CO5, which was working for 2 times. And now crashing after startup.
Uninstall/reinstall done.
.NET uninstall/reinstall done.
All registry and Phase One files deleted.
But still no success.
But..., on startup still ask for Batch queue, that I've 164 images in queue and do it process now?
How to kill the Batch queue files? Where do I find it in Win 7?
Cheers,
Gabor

Gabor,
I suggest to follow the instructions in this KB article for an full uninstall and the batch queue will be gone as well.

Note that when you have a 64-bit version of Windows, step 4 should read like:4. Delete this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Phase One\Capture One 4 [or 5]
Hope this helps. A corrupt queue or corrupt image file can cause CO5 to crash continuously on startup. All references to these files are removed with the instructions from the KB article.
Just out of curiosity: how did you reinstall .NET Framework in Win7? It has up to 3.5.1 on board (which is sufficient for CO5), which you can turn on/off through Windows Features. Or did you install any update manually which showed up in the programs list in Control Panel?0
