Install Question ...

I'm installing the trial version to give it a test ride. I get the below question while loading the program. My questions : What does this mean and what will it exactly do? (I have CS2 setup the way I like it and don't want it fiddling with settings I might be used to).

"If you already installed Adobe Photoshop the installer can automatically configure Photoshop with the preferred color settings. Do you wish to proceed with automatic management setup?"

  I downloaded the trial verson of C1 Pro and it won't let me import my RAW images.. When I open a file with both jpeg and Raw , the jpegs only show up.. Does anyone please have a solution to this problem..? Thanks
  P.S I have no problem viewing my RAW images in CS2 adobe bridge..
