Capture One Files hangs on open

Too often a database makes Capture 10.1 hang on open. Running "Verify Catalog" shows file to be OK, but database still won't open. I can find no reason for it, except for it happening too often.

    Please create a case via the link in my signature and send us your log files, which you can gather from within Capture One via Scripts > File Packager.
