Activities panel shows up all the time ?
While import some files to folder I can see two activities panels. One is current and it's disappearing after finish but second one is not mine kind of false activities panel and running all the time. I can't stop it. After while all fans in my MacBook Pro start running. I was waiting several hours, the same situation fans running, memory leaking. Only quit and start helps. What should I do ? MacBook Pro early 2011 SSD, memory 16 GB, OS 10.11.6 ,Capture One 9.2.1.19

Show screenshot?
I think it is still generating the preview files after import but something is bugged and never stop the process.0 -
ЗдравÑтвуйте!
Yes, get a screenshot if you can ( on your mac: Command-Shift 4 ) - will get you an adjustable size for a screenshot.
I have looked at Console messages while Capture One has started, but I haven't been able to figure anything out from the messages. Your fans are most likely due to CPU spiking. You can run your 'Activity Monitor', but remember that it will cost a 'немного' ( a little bit) while observing.
You could also 'tail' the system.log and see if there's anything. If you are unsure on how to do it:
1) open 'Terminal' or your favorite terminal program ( ie: 'iTerm2')
2) enter: cd /var/log
3) enter: tail -f 'system.log ' | egrep 'Capture One'
.. and observer any output....
( note: I tend to get a lot of ' ug 11 17:56:45 DeskMac Capture One 9[19752]: 2016-08-11 17:56:45.217 (Thread 0x105553118768512 UI) -[POErrorLogger _addError:] (object: 0x60800023f1c0) Proxy Creation Failed ' - so who knows what that is.
Last but not least - make sure under your main menu ( Window ) that you don't have 'Activities' ticked, as I think you would see 2 activity windows at that point.
