I am a license holder of CO pro v3.xx. I am supposed to be eligible for five free upgrades according to PhaseOne. Curious about the listed $99 upgrade fee that is listed.

    If you are eligible you should just be able to enter your license number when downloading 5. The $99 is for users that don't have free upgrades.
