Well, you are ready for some hidden gems and features of CO4!

Let's assume you selected a few images (12 max.) and have them side by side in multiview mode.

Now you can zoom in or out in three different ways:
    - select the Pan cursor tool (hand symbol, or character H from keyboard) and double click in an image to go to 100%
    - select the Zoom cursor tool (Z, toggle with Shift+Z for zoom in or out or use the Option key for quick toggle)
    - use the scroll wheel of your mouse
Zooming takes effect on the primary selected only.

Next, hold the Shift-key while zooming as described above and notice that all selected images are zooming in or out.

A fourth way of zooming, the slider in the toolbar, is not affected with the Shift key blessing.

    Dear Paul,

    thanks for the hints.

The shift-double-click to switch between crop and 100% on all opened pictures is great. Also moving the zoomed in View with the dragging with left mouse button and shift is very nice.

What does not work is shift + mouse scroll wheel for zooming all in parallel, but I can live with that. (Single Picture zooming with the scroll wheel works ofcourse).

    Thanks again,

    Daniel

    Dear Daniel,
Thanks to your posting I digged into this and also found some inconsistencies. On my MacBook Pro (OS X 10.4.11) it works slightly different than in your setup (maybe you have a PPC Mac or run 10.5.x):

Zooming in/out a selection of images in Multiview mode while holding the Shift-key. This works for the Pan tool (double click), and Zoom tool and mouse-wheel; does not work for the Slider (Viewer, top right).

I also compared it with the Windows version and it had different inconsistencies (which might not be interesting here). Anyway, I reported it to Phase One already and they are working on it.
