Unable to re-activate C1 Pro after replacing logic board.
My Mac G5 PPC logic board had been replaced with a new one by Apple service due to defected reason more than a month ago.
Everything work just fine after that, including C1 Pro application until few days ago...
Here is the problem: when I started C1 Pro, it reported that a 30 days " trial period " was expired and it asked for activate license. I did what it asked for, but it refused to reactivate my C1 Pro application due to " exceed my activation limit".
I tried the last 3 days to build my support case directly with Phase One in Denmark but due to un-know system "error", they won't be able to take my case at this time.
Was anyone experienced same problem that i had and know how to solve this problem? Please help.
Thank you!

Hello
The Support Log System is working and we have been taking care of support cases all day.
The only way for this to be handled is for you to make a case and provide us with your product key in the case.

Hi Ulf,
Thanks for your extremely fast response. I tried to resubmit my case again as you advised it. Unfortunately Phase One Support Log System is still not working for me. Here is the message I got:
Error !
The error has been logged and System Administrator has been notified.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
By the way, I used Safari and Firefox web browsers, both led me to the same error wed page.
What else can I do?
Thank you.0 -

Hello Tuanski,
I have the same problem with you. A period ago, my computer crash very offen, I was reinstalling my OS few times within 2 weeks and activate C1Pro for fews times, but the last time it said " exceed my activation limit" . I mail to Phase One and my issue has been sloved. However, my mac book pro have some hardware failure and need to be replace by Apple. I have checked I have 0 times left to activate my C1Pro. What can I do now? Should I buy a new C1Pro Liscense ?0 -
Hi Songallery,
My C1 Pro re-activate license issue had resolved by Phase One Customer Support Team. Here is what I learned through this process:
Every time that you do a clean install Mac OS, swap computer hard drive or replace computer logic board due to hardware problem, C1 Pro application mistakenly thinks that you install it into a new computer. Since Phase One now strictly enforces their licensing agreement: 1 license- 1 user-2 computers; that why if you activate your C1 Pro more than 2 times, even thought on the same computer after Mac OS or hardware change, you will run into “exceed activate limit†problem.
In your case I don’t think that you need to buy a new C1 Pro license.
The way to solve this problem is that you must build your support case though Phase One support web site and explain to them what you’re up to with your C1 Pro software. Base on case by case basic and if your reason sounds right to them, then Tech Support Team will reset your license keys so that you will be able to re-activate your C1 Pro application again.
I hope this information will help you to solve this rare but very frustrated problem.
Best luck!
Tuanski0
