    I have seen the same thing many times before. Put in a support case they could never recreate it so nothing was ever resolved.

    I am trying to create a case, but the support site seems to be messed up. It says I have no registered products, but the license page lists 16 licenses. I will try again later..

    Skip that registered products item, not applicable to CO users. Fill-in CO product, camera and subject.
