I lost the Activities window

    It only appears when there is an activity underway such as generating previews when you import.

    Not for me. If I select Windows -> Activities then the Activities window is displayed, even if there is no activity taking place, in which case the Activities window is empty.

    I had the same as RichardT. It always was up. But now even with exports/imports, nothing comes up.

    One thing you can try:

    Go to the folder for the version of Capture One you are using e.g. :

    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Phase_One\CaptureOne.exe_StrongName_y3yh4brhpfi14u41fltdrpfruizxirsn\9.2.1.17

    This should contain the file "user.config" which defines the HCI configuration, etc.

    While Capture One is not running, rename the file e.g. "old_user.config"

    Now start Capture One and it will create a new default "user.config" file. Of course, you will lose any customisations you have made, but it may fix the problem with the Activities window. If it doesn't, you can always close Capture One, delete the new "user.config" file and rename the old file back to its original name.
