Processing Stopped w/ Pro 3.6 on Mac OSX
Images won't process individually or in batch. Believe I've read the other related posts here, nothing has helped so far.
When I try to check the Enable Queue button in Batch I get this message: \"Can not write processed image. The output folder does not exist. The batch queue has been stopped. Create a process folder for this session, then re-enable the batch queue.\"
Well, the Process folder was set up w/ the new Session; so, I'm at a loss.
I'm also a new user, so hopefully it's a simple fix. This is only my 3rd Session, but processed ok on 1 & 2.
I also deleted the \"com.phaseone.application.captureonedslr.plist\" file as suggested in your help files.
Help please!

This is a quick and dirty but I think it will solve it.
Close capture one.
Go to /Library/Application Support/ Delete the \"Phase One\" folder here
Delete the com.phaseone.application.captureonedslr.plist again
Check and repair disk premissions with Disk utility (important!!!)
Restart application
Create new session.
Move some files over to this new session and try again.0 -
Ulf Liljegren,
1. Thanks for the quick response.
2. Think I'm ok. Had renamed my Captures & Processed files in my Session 2. Then started a 3rd Session & had unprocessed images still in Session 2 while working Session 3. Session 2 was a \"test session\", so I deleted it, also deleted the Session 2 images waiting to be processed & everything started to flow again in Session 3.
3. I will be more carefull about opening & closing sessions and will not rename the basic Capture/Processed files.
Thanks again.0
