Thanks Jim for the good news, and most particularly for the Leica cameras owners, as the M10 is now supported.

But I wonder what is the difference between the supports for M(240) and M-P (now supported), that I own, as the sensors are exactly the same. I don't want to put a case for this, but I would be interested in any answer.....

Thanks to the Phase One team in advance !!

Very dissapointed no new Nikon lens support, I had requested Nikon 18 - 140 earlier this year. Now that C1 sells to more than just high end pros P1 needs to widen it's support.

    Hello,

just curious: why does the "Capture One 10" => "Check for Updates..." option say:

"Your software is up to date."

where CO 10.2 is already (for several hours) available? (I'm on 10.1.2 (Build 10.1.2.26)).
Reason I'm asking is that I do not actively check the PhaseOne website for updates and do not always read the PhaseOne mailings. I rely on the "Check for Updates..." option.

    Best regards,

    Erik

It will be available shortly, probably within the next 24/48 hrs. As usual.

Did the 10.2 download and install.. It seems that I have a faster response in the adjustments with my Tangent Element Kb panel..So far no spinning beach ball...(knock on wood)

Disappointing - some new hardware but not new features. 10.0 had only a few new features for the average users and severe performance issues. A first test shows performance improvements compared to 10.0 and 10.1 but still slower than V9.

Edit : Sorry. The M-P appears indeed separately from the M (Typ 240) in the release note, but not in the software itself.

Support for new cameras - great!

But support for Panasonic cameras is still broken.

Foor jps from a panasonic camera, COP does not show the lens name or type, only the working focal length and aperture; this is quite useless for a zoom.

This has been broken for a long time.

    Hello,

just tried again but CO still says there is no update available (I'm still on 10.1.2).

Choosing menu: Capture One => Check for Updates ...,
results in: Your software is up to date.

Choosing menu: Capture One => Preferences...,
then tab "Update" and clicking button [Check For Updates],
results in: no indication in the Download column and a message at the bottom of the screen:
"Last successful check: 17 September 2017 at 09:55"

Wonder if others have the same issue?
I'm on CO Pro 10.1.2, Build 10.1.2.26 and macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6

    Best regards,

    Erik

Having the same issue. Check for updates shows 10.1.2 and still shows no update available.

Download it directly from the web site if you can't wait.

Good to know it's just a timing issue, thanks.

    Hi,

Can somebody tell me, what a preliminary support means for Leica M10 camera (preferably somebody from PO team)

    Many thanks,

    Does this help?

I didn't have that particular problem but on Leica forums there are some comments about the camera profile is a carbon copy of M240. Obviously they are both different cameras but somehow color profiles are exactly the same. So I want to understand what is missing from the support, i.e. is the profile the definite one, has noise reduction algorithm optimized for this camera, etc.

    Cheers,

    Fatih

    Thanks for the new release!

Question: What about the macOS High Sierra release on Monday? Is CO 10.2 expected to work with the new OS, or do you see any major issues?

This is very good. They should fix and optimised first! 😜

I have updated to 10.2 and have had no problems. I find it noticeably faster with my Sony 42MB RAW files.

You could check whether you are on the right licence (not for instance the DB licence that is only for Phase One cameras, or the Sony licence that is only for Sony cameras). Could it somehow have got changed during the upgrade? Look at Licence... on the Capture One menu.

I've just updated from 10.1.1 to 10.2 and Capture One crashes every time I change capture folder ☹️

Tried complete uninstall, then reinstall multiple times but no avail. I'm using Mac 10.11.6 El Capitan.

    Has anyone else have problems?

Have you tried submitting a support case? The Phase One support team may be able to help you solve this.

Could anybody point me to the pricing for an upgrade from 9 to 10.2? When I check for updates in the software it only states: depending on your license, you may have to pay for this update. Does not say how much and then there is a button marked LETS GO!

Don´t want to upgrade before I can see a price.
    Thanks

Once again I tried to use CaptureOne on my iMac 27 5K and once again I'm disapointed. Its too slow for working. I don't know why you are not able to speed up viewing/rendering as there is software on the market where it works. Lightroom does the job massiv better - sadly to say 😭
Maybe you could get help to improve you program skill at this company. There viewer called "Apollo One" is amazing fast - no it is insane fast. You can view RAW files without any delay even when you zoom and scroll through tons of files!

I would love to use Capture One - its the best out there

So back to the question I asked you last week - have you tried submitting a support case?
