Image in program pixilated and does not ever resolve.

Did I set up something wrong?
P45+ with Capture 4.6.1
Image after capture never resolves.
I can't adjust color balance or anything.
Thoughts?

I can process an image and it looks fine,

    Hi Chris,

    Please go back to 4.6 as this should have a more stable image core. The 4.6.1 update is only needed for P65+ users.

    As a side note are your using an 8 core Mac Pro? We are finding these to be most susceptible to problems with 4.6.1
