Recipe's losing OPen With settings
Wonder if anyone has any insight into an issue we just started experiencing in the beginning of July.
We have our recipes set to open our processed Tifs in another application to drive a good bit of our automation.
Just the other day, the recipes starting showing up as being set to Open With none. No changes we were aware of were made to the setups, though there certainly could have been an Xprotect or update to the SEP virus software we use.
We saw in our initial testing of 7.1.3 that when creating or editing a recipe would not write the info into the recipe's xml if you used other to select your app, but if you used one of the pre-populated choices it did. We also determined that you could manually add the line into the xml to apply the setting. We stuck with 7.1.1 for this reason.
But now even with the App specified in the xml, C1 is not acknowledging or displaying it, but shows it rather as none.
If I drop in an old copy of all the prefs, Application support folder, and cache it does display in C1, but if you quit and launch again, it is gone.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Have the same issue on a MAC system - have submitted a support case - suggest you do the same (if you haven't already). 😄
