batch process issue
My first post in Pase One on the last day of trial for Capture One Pro (3.7.6 using a G5 with 10.4.9) which I am on the verge of committing to after one last batch process which I still haven't got working properly.
I have therefore followed the following work flow:
http://www.phaseone.com/Content/Support ... nguageid=1
I'm in thumbnail, I've tagged and selected all tagged, they're destined for jpeg conversion and I've hit Process and I've also tried Apple-D but it still only processes the one image that's in the main window and none going active as blue.
I gather it's a known bug so: Do later versions of Pro have this annoying thing fixed?
Thanks,
Richard.

Since writing the above post, I've downloaded 3.7.7 and found that although I seem to be able to batch process OK, the thumbs are still doing so while grey and therefore inactive.
Quite why they're doing this is thoroughly confusing but if it works, that's fine by me. Just hope that continues.
Some confirmation that 3.7.7 is minus a batch process bug would be helpful.
Thanks,

HI-
check your thumbnail preferences- change the color of appearance - so that your selected thumbnails are for example Pick an orange color for active selection.
There is a graphite ( grey) choice so that could of been the issue.
should also work in 3.76- there are no known issues for a bug on this.
Has to be something within the workflow,
some suggestions:
1- Make sure images are RAW
2 - confirm you have a little green check for tagged
3- select all tagged/ process
4- confirm the amount being processed- by counter on lower right corner or batch processing tool.
We have a known issue list, so that everyone can be aware of what bugs are out there and what is being done about them
that is located here: http://www.phaseone.com/Content/Support ... 20-%20Main
subsequentially-
All fixed or addressed bug issues are listed in the release notes of the latest version of software.
Kind Regards-
JRA

Yup - that was it. Selected thumbs in Preferences were indeed graphite colour and now they show up as my chosen red.
Thanks very much.
