Red Highlight Clipping
Hi, I've noticed that I get a lot of highlight clipping in reds with images, particularly from my Leica CL with Capture One. I haven't noticed this in Lightroom (but don't use LR anymore). Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?
Thanks.
Thanks.

1) dont blow out your reds
Or
2) set the warning a tad lower0 -
In Capture One as soon as any channel reaches 255, or what ever value you have set in preferences, the clipping warning is displayed. I'm just guessing here but I suspect Lightroom uses more of an average between the channels for displaying the clipping warning, or LR is compressing the channels more than Capture One before they clip. Its hard to compare because LR uses the 0-100% scale and CO uses 0-255. 0 -

Good point. Didn't realize that about C1.0
