thumbnails dissapearing

Hi Please help i installed on to a second windows computer thats fine,but when i went back to my main mac 10 9.5 OSX my thumbnails come on then disappear just says raw they do open up but when next one opens the first one disappears [[please help]] work to do regards John email adamaco00@yahoo.co.uk
