Image review on Canon cameras not working

While shooting tethered with c1 Pro (6.3.2 and 6.3.3), neither my 5d MKII nor my 1DS MKIII display the review image on the camera LCD. images transfer to the computer fine. I have the image review time set on both cameras for 8 seconds.

Interestingly, my 20D displays the image for 8 seconds on its LCD as the file is being transferred to C1.

Is it a setting on the camera?
