Capture One 3.9.1 and windows 7

Trying to shoot tethered into 3.9.1 on a windows 7 machine and the software sees the 5d canon camera but the files will not show up in the tagged folder for capture. Any suggestions

Make sure your running a valid version of Capture One.
Capture One 3.9.1 never existed, 3.7.9 PRO was the last release.
