You might want to check whether you are running a trial (Try button at start up) or that you selected the DB button and now run Capture One DB (data backs only, no DSLR support).

Thanks Paul. I'm running the trial version but was under the impression it was fully working so I could trial before purchase. Presumably this isn't the case?

No, a trial should be fully working.

Yes, the CO Pro trial is fully functional. But the same software package can run in CO DB, and that is a limited function. That is why I asked you to check whether your run Pro (trial) or DB.

How-to? Start Capture One. If it starts up without a screen asking you to Try, Buy or Activate, open the Capture One menu, About Capture One. A splash screen should state 'Capture One Pro' or 'Capture One DB'.

Are these the smaller resolution mRAW or sRAW files? Unfortunately C1 does not support them (yet). I would urgently need this too and I hope support will be available soon.
