Importing RAF into C17
Hello,
I am embarassed to ask this but have been having a heck of a time trying to import RAF files from my XE2 into C1. It finds JPEGs fine but does not detect .RAF files (if I find them through Browse, they are greyed out, and importing a folder with them inside produces a blank import).
I'm sure it is something basic I'm missing, but would anyone have a link/idea on how to do this?
I am very new to any camera processing bit and am learning mostly by reading online, have not seen found anything on this particular issue using various google searches 🤭
Your help is appreciated
Thanks

What you're doing should work - the XE-2 is supported by version 7, and it sounds like you're importing properly.
There's no "button to press" to make the program accept RAFs: in Preferences you can elect to process - or not - jpegs, tiffs and pngs, but it should automatically accept supported cameras. I've tried to track down some XE-2 Raw samples online to see if I can replicate the problem, but can't find any.
You might need to raise a support case with Phase One about this.0 -
What version of CO 7are you running ? You need to be running the newest on, 7.1.6, for X-E2 support. 0 -
I have a Fujifilm X-E2 and bought Capture One Express in order to process the .RAF files. It works fine for me. As a previous poster said, you need version 7.1.6. for support of the X-E2. 0
