How to identify Sandisk mem cards w. PhaseOne license?

Does somebody know, if it's possible to identify Sandisk Extreme III cards, which include a PhaseOne license, without breaking the seal?

    Good timing on this Q...
    an adjacent office mate just today purchased/ordered an Extreme III 4.0 GB card from Dell Computers and on the box at the top,
    is a small sticker that says:
    Capture One - Get More From RAW
    Limited Time Only
    Frree Software Information Inside

    (The sticker is located adjacent to the hole for hanging on rack.)
    So it appears that the boxes are now identified... or at least some are.
    About 1 year ago the purchase of an SD 1GB Ex III card had a coupon inside but no box identification.

    I just received a 2gb Extreme III card from Amazon and there was no license included for Capture One LE. Is the promotion on or off? That was my prinicipal reason for getting the card and I don't want to go to the trouble of returning it.
    Any ideas?

    It may be worth a try to Contact SanDisk.
    Have Proof of Purchase ready.
    The Licenses belong to SanDisk, and so I suggest that you contact SanDisk: http://www.sandisk.com/support>
