4.5.1 is working at all?

it's crash just for fun. one photo in here is go bye bye,,trying again in again.
lens tools, never work.

I hate to say it, but I email ulf, 3,4,5 or more, in still no an answer from him.
ulf, you tell me in NY to send you the file as I did. But you don't ever have the time to tell me you got it.

Why to send it?

But like I tell you there in person, the lack of communication from phase one made people wander if phase ever going to have respect for the customer.

    Did you check your spam mail folder for any noreplay at Phase One dot com mails? Sometimes, replies get lost at the user's site of the communication.

    I get response some time.

    My problem is the Ulf tell me in person to send him an email .

    I did, but he never response back, in person he look as he was very responsible.

    sad to say ,but I don't think he is.

    With 4.5.2 everything is working very good.

    If some one mail me I do respond, if you make a support case I or one of my colleagues will give you a response!

    Anyhow, it is good to hear that 4.5.2 is working out for you.
