Did you tried to rebuild them?
In some cases this did worked on my win7 32bit environment, however not in all cases...

In this video you can see problems ocur with the first image but with the second image everything is ok:

A workarround is changing the rendering engine from 'Phase One' to 'WIC'.

    MediaPro 1.0.1, MacOS 10.6.7:

    1. Image thumbnails do rotate but the rotating directions are mixed up: 90 degree clockwise does rotate 90 degree Counter clockwise – and viceversa.

This issue is not new but a leftover from Expression Media 2, too.

    2. "Default" rotation appears not to work via menu "Action" > "JPEG Rotate" ... but via ctrl.-click on thumnail > context menu only.

Seems to be rotating ok now - not having a problem with it rotating the wrong way. Only issue I've found so far with the update is that it still lacks speed, particularly with raw files. Very slow!

SueW - did you use Roelof's workaround?

It's certainly not working for me, and I've rebuilt the offending catalogue three times (mainly because of the application crashing on me). I also find that the rotation gets out of sync with itself if I switch views from lightbox to single image view; rotation I've applied gets undone when I switch to single image, bug if I correct it for that view, when I switch back to lightbox view the rotation has been applied to the rotated image, so it's then at 180 degrees to the original.

Same problem. I use Mac OS X 10.6.8 and MediaPro 1.0.1 and when I do JPEG rotation, thumbnails are not rotate. I have to rebuild items in order to have correct orientation thumbnails.
