Capture One Pro Trial Version ...

Hello there,

Like many, I downloaded a trail version of Capture One Pro Windows 3.7 and that's as far as it went.

Tried to unzip it with the setup icon and it simply won't unzip ... so I deleted it and downloaded another ... same again.

?

Any ideas where either I or Phase One are going wrong?

  PRO zip file should be about 44.8MB and LE ~ 20.8MB when download is complete. Any interruption in your ISP can affect downloading success. Also any pop-up blocker, anti-virus or FireWall software.
  
  Using WinZip you should get 5 Folders and 4 Files, 3 files from LE
  
  one of these files is the Setup.exe executable file to Install.

  Many thanks for that.
  
  I switched off my firewall for the 3rd download. This is what I have (repeatd the last 2 times);
  
  1 x zip file called CO_PRO_WIN_37_EN
  
  Within the zip file I have;
  
  5 x files Camera Driver, Camera Updater, CMS Installer, DeMorize, Licence
  
  1 x License Agreement
  
  1 x PhaseOne CMS Checker High Resolution
  
  1x Release Notes
  
  1 x SETUP Pro.exe
  
  On clicking the exe file, I recieve a message (in a small box on an aqua blue screen) which reads: Before reattempting instalation please ensure that all files and folders are unzipped maintaining the structure of the Zip file. The Installation will now abort.
  
  There was only 1 zip file (CO_PRO_WIN_37_EN) and those inside were as listed above.
  
  LE 3.7 downloaded and installed without a hitch ...
  
  Any ideas?

  Hi
  
  You shoudl unzip this file to a temp folder on your disk and then after that select the setup.exe file.
