CaptureOne Pro 3.7.1 Fails to find images

Hi,

I';m using Canon 20D and evaluating CaptureOne Pro.

Recently I shot 6 images and when treid to retrieve images from my Camera using CaptureOne Pro 3.7.1 it fails to find any image on my Canon 20D.

Can anyone suggest me where I'm wrong or is it a bug in the software.

Camera search and scan wizard also failed to detect any images.

  Downloading directly from Camera/CF card inserted is only possible with the Canon software.
  Otherwise tethering, where image files are written directly to computer hard drive, or using a CF Card Reader are the other options available.
