preview images all same file
Im on version 5.1.2 and getting a really strange problem. When I open an older session or start importing images from a card from a new session, all the preview images become the same exact image, which is a very cropped in detail from a shoot I did a few months ago. When I try processing the file, it processes as the preview, BUT if open up the same file in Lightroom or DPP the actual photo is there, so the RAW file isnt being rerecorded, just seems to be a glitch in c1. anyone have any ideas, attaching a screen shot. http://adamkrausephoto.com/p/c1/Picture6.png
I've tried deleting the plists and restarting.

hmm, that's one I haven't seen before.
If you Quit Capture One and then delete the corrisponding "COP" files, do the previews get rewritten correctly?
If you right click on the image and choose "Regenerate Preview" does it appear correct?
Where are your image residing? External location?
Also, If you could create a support case so we can officially document this issue that would be great.0 -
Hey Drew
Thanks for your help. I tried deleting the COP files and that seemed to work. Do you still want me to create a support case?
As far as where the files are stored, I have the working files on my desktop and then the older sessions are on a raid backup, the image that was showing up in the preview was not on the working computer at the time0 -

Were they on the RAID? That may be the root of the issue. If communication is somehow restricted, or permissions are complicated (as is often the case with a RAID) then strange hiccups like this can result.0
