C1 PRO 3.5.2 update imposible to find

I am having a P45 and I want to update my software C1 PRO 3.5.2 for MAC and Windows XP (french version)
Impossible to find any email adress on phaseone website, or any link to update C1 PRO

I am trying to update directly from the software but it does not work too

  Hello
  
  
  It should be quite simple.
  
  If you go to www.phaseone.com it says download in the top left corner.
  
  Once you have clicked on that you choose either Capture One for Mac or for Windows.
  After this you choose version, PRO or DB and click on the green arrow
  NOTE that with Windows version you have to choose language from drop-down while with Mac all languages are in one single package.
  
  Fill out your e-mail on the following page and click submit.
  Now you have links both to a E.U and a U.S based download server. Choose the one that is closest to you for best download speed.

  I thought it was possible to update directly from the installed version
