cannot import rw2 files

so i tried the windows demo with the panasonic gx7 raw files. Capture one doesn't even allow me to import RW2 files. Still I can import nef files from my nikon though. These rw2 files are seen by lightroom 5.3 and they are simply raw captures. the mac version imports them. Does windows Capture 1 not work with panasonic files? do i have to convert these to DNG OR RENAME THEM OR SOMETHING?

    Is your camera on the supported cameras list for Panasonic, Stefan?

    If it is (and yes, it is) and your copy of 7.1.6 isn't able to work with them, you'll need to raise a support case.

    Are you using 7.1.6?

    thanks for pointing that out. i reinstalled 7.1.6 and it now seems to work. cannot do lens corrections but that's an issue with C1. I guess they need to update their database.

    I believe the lens correction issue was already explained in another thread you have posted on the same issue.
