Workflow help

I am completely new at Capture One 9.1

Please tell me how to do the following things:

Within Capture one....I want to browse my SD (with RAWs and JPEGs) connected to the PC....I want to view JPEG (not RAW) at FULL SCREEN and select only someone JPEG...then I want to import only the selected JPEGs (and the associated RAWs too) in a catalog.

So I am ready to work the files in Capture one and I can delete the contents of SD

  I suspect you will need a separate application to do what you wish. Something along the lines of FastRawViewer.

  you'll be wanting BreezeBrowser Pro then..
