Cannot get files into Capture One

I have been editing files back and forth from Capture One and AutoPano Pro but Capture One will not recognize them when I try to import them back into the program. For that matter, it will recognize some files I have edited with CS6 but others it won't. The files are both in JPG and TIFF formats and I don't have a clue why it won't recognize them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Have tried using DNG converter to work on my Fuji X Pro1 RAF files in C1. DNG files from converter if compatibility set for CS 6 opened in Capture One Pro 6 are all purple. Underlining need for C1 to be updated for X Pro1 RAF RAW files.

  Check "enable JPEG and TIFF editing" in preferences. You need the "pro" version IIRC.

  Jpeg and Tiff files might not show if they have layers or some nonstandard formatting. Also if they are extremely large in size they may get excluded as well. The pixel limit is about 13400x13400 total pixels.
