spot/dust removals max number

Hi all,
Can somebody tell me how many spot/dust removals C1 can handle? I don't want to make the skin so smooth it looks fake, so I tried to remove the little spots manually. It seems that C1 cannot have more than 100 spot/dust removals? Not sure what "Next" means, but it does not go further to 101...

  I have read from other users here that 100 spots is the current limit.
  
  You can browse through the spots to select, change or delete.

  It was an experiment, and I had indeed done what you suggested here 😊
