I'm just curios if I make adjustment using the native RAW files then export it as a DNG, does it keep the adjustment you made even it is opened using LR or ACR?

Nop. CO and LR/ACR use different engines with completely different interpretations of a raw-file.

Personally I would also keep the file in its native raw-format, and not convert to DNG. Capture One is optimized to a cameras real/normal output format with regards to colors, noise levels and so on.

    Cristian,

what is more advisable? To use the native raw format of the camera, which is in my case .pef (Pentax), or to use the other DNG raw format inside the camera?
Is there any IQ difference when the RAWs are processed later in C1 V7?

    Regards
    Thomas

I would stick with the .pef files, if the camera is supported by Capture One (refer to the release notes). However, in the case of Pentax, the native DNG's that the camera makes, we will read and render just as well as the pef's.
But if they were converted with 3rd party products, we cannot guarantee for colors or quality.
