Curves don't work as local adjutment?

Hello.
Question as in the title.
Am I doing something wrong, or is it a feature of co8?
For me, curves always act globally.

    Curves (and levels) are not available as local adjustments.

    The tools that are enabled can be found under the Local Adjustments Tab - which may help you see what is and is not included.
