    It may be worth pointing out that this is a User to User forum. Whilst you may get some useful information and helpful ideas from the members here (I would suggest closing one session before opening the next although I have to say I have not yet seem such a problem myself but will now double check ...)

    If you wish for the Capture One development teams to look at the problem you have you will need to raise a support request for them to work on. I understand their response times are pretty good. There is a link for that activity from the web site or from the Help menu in Capture One.
