    Rename the app in finder to something else and activate again. That should fix it.

    Same here. Purchased my copy today and C1P 10 keeps forgetting my registration.
    I filed a case report to PO support.

    MacBook Pro Retina late 2013, 16 GB RAM 10.12.1 Sierra.
