    The Canon 1DS Mark III is supported tethered, as is the 1D Mark III 😉

    I'm not the Canon SDK expert but to my knowledge there is no update from Canon for the 5D Mark III. Since that camera is on stop ship due to a Light Leak, a public release SDK may not be available for some time. It's hard to say.
    Once Canon releases an SDK that supports tethering for the newer cameras, we can get it into the hands of the programers and get to work building support for it in Capture One.
    I would suggest you contact Canon to see if they can give you an ETA for this necessary software.
