Skin tone enhancer.
In the CO6 product introduction following is stated: Skin tone enhancer
"Achieve perfect, smooth and soft skin tones with the Skin Tone Color tool. Skin tone precision sliders make it easy to attain consistent and immaculate looking skin tones for portraiture and people photography."
I suppose this is referring to Color Editor-->Skin tone and the tools include here.
I use it a lot but one tool causing problems is the Uniformity. I can't see any impact on the skin at all. As far as I remember it worked well in CO5 where you could repeat the process several times in same image, but in CO6 it does not work on my computer.
I'm an amatuer (but using CO6 Pro), so I hope to get some advises from you professionels: What are you doing in CO6 to achieve consistent and smooth skin? Do you use the uniformity tool and have do you set the other parameters (lightness, saturation...) typically? Do you have any advices regarding use of layers to improve skin?
