A question about output recipes

Is it possible to set a rule to process into different folders according to rating/colour tag.

So one recipe>multiple folders
Multiple recipes that respect ratings or tags and create respective folders.

Does that make sense?

It takes considerable time to go through bulk folders clicking filters and then processing.
Just trying to speed things up when client is breathing down neck.
