Activation 4.01 Won't see my profile

Activation on 4.01 want take my profile of pass word. I have the lenses for my C1 pro 3.6.1. I can't use the 3.7.8 because Vista 64 won't work so I decided to download 4.01 and try to activated, it won't see my profile. I try to email support but no luck any help be be nice..

    Your profile is incomplete, that is likely why you are haing troubles activating. Please log-in to Phaseone.com and edit you user information, you will need to add your full name as well as country/state. To access your account click on NN NN at the top of the window after logging in.
