exposure warnings don't show

One of my favorite things about 3.7x was the exposure warnings. By setting the highlight warning to 230 I pretty well knew where my skin tones would be blown out and not print. I've found the place to set them under edit/preferences/exposure but they do not show on my image. Is there a place to activate this? Windows XP on PC. Help me please because without my warnings I can hardly use this version.

    In the preferences you can set the threshold. While working with images, you can toggle the exp.warning on/off with Ctrl+E or the button in the button bar or via the View menu. Like in CO 3.x.
