Canon 1DSMII white balance

Hi, captures today were coming in 1000 degrees warmer today than the camera setting. I don't know where the problem lies, whether it's in the camera or C1, this hasn't happened before. I overrode this by dialling in what I wanted in the software and setting it as white balance but I'd like to know why this is occurring. I flip between the Canon and an H25 and am capturing to a Macbook Pro. All software and drivers are current. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

  I guess this'll just go down as one of those bizarre things--it's functioning normally now, can't begin to guess what happened there, maybe some corrupt preferences attached to that session??

  Problems can be solved, mysteries not. They just disappaer the way the came, which is part of their mystery. 😄
