preview crop without mask?

I think there's some way to do this...so I can see how the image will look without the mask (or whatever it's called) - anyone know? Thanks.

    If you mean you want to see what the cropped photo will look like, just select another tool (for instance type H for the hand tool). If you don't like it type C again to go back to the crop and adjust it. You can do that as much as you like. It's completely non-destructive, and you don't have to "commit" the crop in any way.
