Sorry your upset but I can't say that we see the same on any of our remote networks.
Since you're logged in to post to the Forum, it seems your password and account are fine. The issue may be something local as we have no other reports but it's hard to say... we'll start investigating and thank you for posting the details.

    Regarding your concern...

The major issue with subscription based software is that if the website is down, or your server is dead. We're ...

This is not a conflict with Capture One in the current model as the subscription verifies the Activation Key when initially activated, that's it. So, if you activate once you're all set as long as you renew/maintain the subscription. If you don't, we deactivate the software remotely.
We're not verifying the activation every xx seconds like other programs may do. So even if there were a momentary downtime for our server (the activation server has 99.9% uptime) it would not deactivate any subscriptions, activations, keys or otherwise effect a user. It would only be an issue if you were trying to activate the software for the few moments the server is down.
In this sense you are in no different position from someone that bought the Key outright as it is an activation process conflict, not unique to a subscription model.

Looking into it further, I cannot find any subscription to your current account.
I can send you the Key in an email so you can activate, but your Forum Account email shows now Product Key or Subscription.

The activation server is up and running just fine, so if you have a separate record of your Product Key somewhere (invoice perhaps) you can use it to activate without issue.

Drew, do you have an e-mail address I can contact you on? It was a website bug and I attempted (and failed) to delete this post moments after I submitted it.

I haven't read your comments yet as I'm about to jump on a job but I apologize for wasting your time. Apparently I have to CONFIRM I want to delete a post... Which I didn't do -- oops!
