Precess Recipes - different output locations!

Hi there,

An easy question hopefully! I have several recipes and I would like to have each with a different out name and folder but they all seem to default to the same one - can I set it up with different output folders and names for each one?

    Yes, look into the File tab of the Process Recipe tool, NOT into the Output Location tool.

    A little bit confusing, I know.

    Got it! Output location is only used if picked in the root folder panel above. Bit confusing for sure!

    The Output Tool can be used where you have a need to override your normal process definition's output location without the need to modify the process or processes.

    It is probably something more pertinent to the way a studio shoot based commercial operation might need to function than in individual or very small group.

    All cool - I think the confusing bit is that it doesn't look like an override - really it should be greyed out unless you choose the option above to make use of it.

    All all good now though, with recipes to suit my various different output variants!
