Free upgrade count differs

When I look at my free upgrades from within Capture One, there are none left. However, if I logon to the website there's still 1 upgrade left (which is right in my opinion). Why is this not reflected from within Capture One?

Which version of Capture One are you on? The counter was not working properly on earlier releases. But in general I would believe primarily what I read on the web site.

Big number, which you could increase even more with an upgrade to 4.6 😉
If you have a CO3 Pro license you would probably have 1 upgrade left (Pro comes with 2 upgrades). If you have a CO3 LE license, then I would expect CO4 is your last free upgrade.
