4.5 per-channel levels?

Did 4.5 Pro version of CaptureOne software have per-channel (R-G-B) levels and curves editing?

and 2nd question - can i duplicate (not move!) panel from one tab to another?

    yes. Right click in the tools tab (spare field below the tools) and select the tool you want to place in that tab
