Keyboard shortcut for Layer Mask
Is there any way to make a keyboard shortcut for Copy Mask in a Layer? Then Paste Mask to a different layer? I've made shortcuts for Add Layer, Add Filled Layer, Refine Mask, and Invert Mask, but I can't figure out how to do Copy Mask &/or Paste mask.
Actually if Capture One is listening here's a thought.
I make a new layer and create a mask around a subject. I Fill the mask and then Refine it. Then I create a new layer, copy the mask from Layer A and then Invert it. This allows me independent control over the subject and background, and I can go back and forth between layers to fine tune things. The problem is that I have to do this by hand and I do this over and over again.
It would be nice if this could be automated into a new command, "Create new layer, import mask from layer below, invert mask" Bam it's done.
Thoughts?

Maybe the use of a macro editor will help?
For instance: https://sourceforge.net/projects/minimousemacro/0 -
I second this request! Wondered this myself, but maybe I could try this with a macro key on my keyboard? 0 -
Yes you could!
Please let us know if you got it figured out and how?
